Small armored commander's tank Kl.Pz.Bf.Wg., modification 1 KLA...Small armored commander's tank Kl.Pz.Bf.Wg., modification 1 KLA (Kleiner Panzerbefehlswagen) had been created on base of T-1A tank. At the first stage of Panzerwaffe creation, The German Command considered that the leader of tank subdivision himself should not necessarily participate in the battle, his role lied in the battle control. Therefore, commander's tanks of the first series had no armament at all. Tank crew consisted of three persons: tank commander and the leader of tank subdivision in one person, driver and radio-telegrapher. Machine was equipped with two powerful radio stations.
